The Owl House is a non smoking property.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted.
All linen and towels are provided.
Electricity is included in the price.
A cot & highchair are available if required.

The house is rented out year round.
Rental periods are weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Checking in time is 3pm with check out at 10am

Downstairs there is the modern lounge with TV/DVD player with SKY TV and high fi, leading into the dining room which seats 6 adults comfortably.

The modern and bright kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and fridge.

To the rear of the property is the large conservatory which has open views of the mountains and surrounding countryside.

Separate cloakroom with wc.

Secure integral garage offers parking for one car, bikes and other outdoor equipment and contains tumble dryer with private parking for a further three cars
